ABOUT ADRO
ADRO(African Disabled refugees organization) is a Non-Profit organization was established in 2003 and is registered under the Law of South Africa to help and promote the interests of disabled refugees, Asylum seekers and vulnerable men, women and children who are victims of ethnic-political conflicts, racism and xenophobia based- violence.
ADRO’s objectives are timely relevant and include advocacy and lobbying for the rights of the disabled refugee, monitoring the circumstances and service delivery to disabled refugees, to develop education and skills training programmes and workshops for vulnerable people, as well as create a conducive environment where all disabled men, women and children can be assisted in dignity irrespective of race, gender, ability, age, tribe, or nationality.
